Our Story
FaeRetail is run by the owner Heather Adams and a team of fae who help her and inspire her with gifts and tales of their adventures. The primary little helper is Bittsy Brownie who became attached to Heather after she was rescued from a mouse trap. After meeting Bittsy other Fae and creatures began to present themselves and gradually inspiration began to flow.
FaeRetail offers a variety of items from hand crafted cozy creations to beautiful natured inspired accessories. We are currently available online, but plan to appear at local farmers markets in the future. Then down the line if fate smiles on us we will travel to Renaissance Festivals, Markets and Fairs all over the country. All coming to a day when we will hopefully have a physical store just like Verbena Botanicals.

FaeRetail Creations came to being through a childhood of working in my families small business and various small businesses that inspired me. Two major inspirations were the fictional shop Verbena Botanicals from Practical Magic and the real shop Mimosa Books and Gifts in Madison Wisconsin. Someday I hope to have a store location that can be as inspiring as either of those. Right now we are small but have dreams of taking a little cake labeled Eat Me and growing bigger.
The Journey of creation has been long but with the support of my family and friends we are finally getting the wheels off the ground. The creative spark jumped in early but has only blossomed into a blazing flame overtime. It started with knitting then spread to other things due to my passion for learning new things and creating useful items.
In the store you will find a variety of products being added overtime. Everything from knitted items to soaps and other herbal/nature inspired items. We also want to make sure that we can provide exactly what you are looking for so if you have a special project we would be more then happy to see if we can make it happen for you. Simply send us an email with an explanation of the project and we will see if we can make it happen and send you an invoice for your specialty FaeRetail item.
